This web site www.abctravelromania.com is operated by ABC General Project SRL-D, a Romanian based company.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By making a booking with us, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.

ABC General Project SRL-D may change the terms and conditions of use, without prior notification, in the content of the website. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions every time you access or use this website. If you use the website after the amendment of these terms and conditions, you accept all changes that have been made.

By using this site you agree that:

  1. You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name and credentials;
  2. You have at least 18 years of age and legal capacity;
  3. You vouch for all the information you provide, about yourself and anyone else, to be true and accurate;
  4. This site must not be used for speculative, false or fraudulent bookings;
  5. The transmission of threatening, defamatory, pornographic, political or racist material, or any material that is otherwise unlawful or offensive via this site is expressly prohibited;
  6. This site and any of its content must not be modified, copied, transmitted, distributed, sold, displayed, licensed or reproduced by you in any way.

All bookings made on this site are subject to the relevant supplier’s conditions, in addition to these site conditions. Cancellation and amendment charges are payable from the moment we receive your confirmation, depending on the chosen tour.

ABC General Project SRL-D may change any aspect of this site or its content, including the availability of any suppliers, features, information, or other content, at any time without prior notification. The information and prices on this site are subject to change and will be updated from time to time. System errors may occur, case in which the conditions applied will be stated via email.

The booking conditions cover all bookings made through our website, including bookings made directly through our agents.

The travel contract is established between the Client and ABC General Project SRL-D and is effective from the moment you receive the confirmation of your Booking Form and we receive the advance payment.

In case the booking is made by the client in the name of a larger group, as well as if it is made by a different person other than the client, we assume all parties involved have agreed to the terms and conditions and have received all the necessary information.

Any order placed by you may be refused.

If there are any major force events (unforeseeable circumstances or beyond our control) and the Service needs to be cancelled or modified, we will notify you as soon as possible. However, in case of such events, we cannot take responsibility for any losses you may suffer.

If the Service cannot be provided due to the Agency or its suppliers fault, we will offer you an alternative tour/package at the same price or make a refund for the ordered services.

We reserve the right of modifying the pick-up time of any Service, if necessary. In case such modifications occur, we will make sure to contact the client at least 3 hours before departure, by calling the contact phone number the client has provided.

Booking Process:

After you choose a tour you want to join and complete the Booking Form on the site, we will verify the availability and contact you for confirmation via email. Please read carefully the information received, as it contains dates, prices and all other details necessary, including the payment methods. Make sure to check the Spam, Junk and Bulk folders in case you do not find the email in the Inbox. In case you do not receive the email in any of the above, please contact us.

Once your confirmation is received, an advance payment is required in order for the booking process to be initiated. The rest of the amount should also be paid prior the departure date.

Payment Methods:

– deposit by bank transfer

– online payment via card

The bank and account details will be included in the Proforma that you will receive via email.

As soon as we receive the confirmation of the advance payment, we will send you an email with the following details:

  • order number
  • the confirmed tour
  • the number of participants
  • the date of the tour
  • the time the tour starts
  • the meeting place
  • full name and mobile telephone of the tour leader
  • amount paid and/or to be paid, including the Invoice
  • agency phone numbers

For any issues, please contact us in due time as we will not hold responsibility for any services that failed to be fulfilled because of the Client’s misuse of information.

Cancellation:

Please note we must receive a written notification of your cancellation. The cancellation details will be sent via email after the reservation. Penalties may be applied, depending on the time of notice. In case you do not receive a reply from us, please call us to confirm the cancellation. We hold no responsibility for the cases in which your email does not reach our Inbox.

Travel Insurance:

Clients are responsible for having adequate travel insurance covering accident, personal injury, loss of luggage and cancellation.

Remember!

If your travel plans suffer any changes or require cancellation, you should notify us as soon as possible! If you cannot board our vehicles at the time and place stated on the confirmation, please call us at our contact phone number. If you arrive on time at the pick-up point, both agreed on the confirmation, but cannot find our driver/vehicle, as well as if you have difficulties in finding the meeting place, please contact us as soon as possible on the agency’s phone number, stated in the confirmation!

We are not accountable for any services that fail to be fulfilled due to the Client’s misuse of the given information.

Please note that smoking, eating and alcohol drinking is strictly forbidden on board of our vehicles.

If you would like to modify or cancel your booking, as well as if you have any complaints or questions of any kind, please contact us via email. In such cases, please make sure to include your booking data, in order for us to efficiently identify your booking and thus being able to reply to your query in the shortest time possible.

We guarantee all Services purchased from our web site to be handled in a professional manner, with reasonable skill and care, in accordance to our agreement. We will spare no effort to ensure all materials and information published on our website are accurate. Unfortunately, system errors may occur occasionally, case in which we reserve the right to rectify these before your booking is confirmed.
